Mouse Kera-308 cells were purchased from Cell Line Services (Eppelheim, Germany) and cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS. 308 ar 10 cSCC-IC4 and cSCC-IC8 cultures were established from primary tumors on the shin of a 73-year-old female immunocompetent patient and the buttock of a 51-year-old female immunocompetent patient, respectively
